East central Europe as an enclave financial system

This is a pretty striking map showing what countries have banking sectors that are mere financial enclaves of international capital. Basically the only world region that is an enclave is the part of Eastern Europe that joined the EU (red stands for high percentage of ownership of financial sector by foreign banks). Good to know.
